TRIVIA RULES

• The more often you play, the better your chances of winning (limit one entry per week)
• A question will be posted each week with a deadline to submit your answers

• Monthly Challenge Prizes:
  
  • Each week throughout each month, points will be awarded and accumulated
    • 1 point for submitting an answer
    • 2 points if the answer is correct
    • 4 points if you are chosen as the weekly winner
  • We will post the updated monthly leaderboard on our website each week
  • The WINNER at the end of each month (APR-SEP) will WIN prizes valued at $50
  • Points will reset to zero for the next month so everyone, including new players, has a chance to win

• Season-Long Contest Prizes:
  
  • Each week throughout the season (Apr 1st – Sep 30th), points will be awarded and accumulated
    • 1 point for submitting an answer
    • 2 points if the answer is correct
    • 4 points if you are chosen as the weekly winner
  • We will post the updated season-long leaderboard on our website each week
  • The TOP TEN at the end of the season will WIN prizes with values ranging from $150 for the WINNER down to $20 for 10th

• Tiebreakers:  
  • For contestants with the same amount of total points, the following will be applied to attempt to break the tie.  Note:  When contestants are tied, they will be listed alphabetically in the standings.

1. Number of correct entries submitted during the applicable competition period (e.g. monthly challenge or season-long contest)

2. Number of total entries submitted during the applicable competition period (e.g. monthly challenge or season-long contest)

3. If a tie remains following the application of these two, all contestants involved in the tie will be awarded prizes of equal value.  

4. The value of the prizes for the tied contestants will be determined by adding together the value of the positions they are tied for and dividing by the number of contestants involved in the tie.
